We Get to Know the Space

We collect your property information: square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and photos.
Tailored Design Proposal

Nationwide sourcing & quotation: we coordinate with suppliers to quote everything that your property needs — from linens and kitchenware to furniture, TVs, mattresses, and more.
Project Kickoff

Once you approve the estimate, we sign the collaboration agreement with a 60% down payment.
End-to-End Project Management

From there, we manage and coordinate the entire project until the delivery date.
Professional Installation

If desired, we can provide an installation & setup service — receiving your items and professionally setting everything up. This service is quoted separately based on project needs.
Final Handover

Upon full delivery, the remaining 40% balance is paid via bank transfer or credit card.
